Sometimes I get a Follaback Guy who follows/unfollows/follows me 6-8 times over the course of a few days.
It's to get my attention (it keeps them prominent in my Notifications) and prompt me to follow them back, because they're trying real hard to get a really big Follower count.
So I block them.
