Progression of the Xenonauts 2 air game is like
Struggle to kill anything > Get missiles, become untouchable > UFOs advance, game is balanced for 3 hours > UFOs advance again, absolutely miserable mid game > get the tier 2 fighter, become untouchable again
Still better than any mainline XCOM lol
