This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

It is not lost on me that my personal Matrix server is the 2026 equivalent of my old IRC bouncer.
I would like things like Matrix to succeed, but I think people underestimate how hard open source projects with UI/UX requirements are these days. It's death by 1k cuts until it isn't.
