now today, we see 8Bitdo's response: they'll refund... $2. like, what? the kit is worthless if it's not complete; that's how button sets work. why not replace?
I post all this because in the USA, there's currently no regulatory arm we can trust to mandate, "send a replacement or else." grrrrrrr. /t
