I wrote a little shell script I keep in my $PATH to bootstrap a new Rails application taking advantage of this Bundler feature. No need to have a global Rails installed to be able to run `rails new`. https://gist.github.com/callmesangio/78c566df6d316210711384dfc4383d5d Note: it depends on the awesome `gum` tool for having a nice output.
