This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

This... is not what Charlie does. She will literally whine in my ear until I get up to let her pee. To be fair, guess who else usually has to get up in the middle of the night to pee. So a lot of the time she's like "Oh, hello, pee pal!"
