Depends on design of course. In Germany they've calculated that the bottom 80% would see a boost, the next 10% would breakeven, and the top 10% would pay more in taxes.
And again, the details vary, but rule of thumb, raise taxes by 10% and count the UBI as a tax credit to calculate net loss or gain
