This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

assuming you're sincere you don't get how this works.
start with a freaking hello world app.
make it work over HTTP with RSS.
right there, you'd get a lot more uptake with those two things.
or write a busy developer's guide (the hello world app will be necessary for that).
