Amen. And food. I grew up in a quiet little village in queens. Lots of cheesy diners, McDonald’s, delis. Then a miracle happened. Chinese immigrants in a huge wave, and then Koreans. And omg the food. Took my mom out to dinner, waiter asked if we were tourists. No we’re natives.
