It's pretty fantastic. sssscomic.com is by Minna Sundberg, a Finnish cartoonist, and is one of the best webcomics I've ever read, in that tier of comics like Jon Allison's Bad Machinery or Evan Dahm's Vattu. It takes place 90 yrs after a world-ending plague and the known world is just Scandanavia.
