This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Yeah lib compatibility can be quite an issue on Cloudflare Workers.
In regards to APM/logs, I can recommend baselime.io. They've recently been acquired by Cloudflare so integration is super simple.
