This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Not really ... there's a JVM sitting underneath the Structurizr DSL allowing users the ability to run Java plugins (docs.structurizr.com/dsl/plugins), run Groovy/Kotlin/JRuby scripts (docs.structurizr.com/dsl/scripts), plus there's a built-in component finder (https://docs.structurizr.com/java/component/introduction).
