Die Flugzeuge damals waren generell gefährlicher als heute und D hat die Maschine damals viel im Tiefflug genutzt, was an für sich noch mal deutlich gefährlicher ist.
Dazu kamen bei der jungen Luftwaffe noch andere Faktoren.
Die Erfahrungen von damals haben auch zu Maschinen wie der F-16 geführt,
