This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Two dev teams are given a complex task to complete, but can only use code they copy from Stack Overflow. They each have a small budget of characters they can change to connect different pieces of scrap code. They're also racing each other to complete the task.
