This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

As far as I can tell their sandbox was a container with network access denied except for a single IP for an HTTP proxy that controlled which sites could be accessed, and the proxy turned out to have a flaw
