Es wäre so einfach: Pflicht zur gesetzliche Krankenversicherung für alle Bürger*innen. Private Zusatzversicherung, die Homöopathie, Akupunktur etc. bezahlt. So wie es etwa die sozialistische Sowjetrepublik Schweiz praktiziert. Eine kleine Gesetzänderung und alle Finanzprobleme der Kassen gelöst! 🤷♂️
