With SIFF no longer running the Egyptian, I worry the theater will go away and be replaced by techbro condos. The theater closed back in November for a "water leak", my guess is the damage is way more than SIFF wanted to deal with. https://www.siff.net/media/news/pr-egyptian-oct-2025
