This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I'm curious. Say someone doesn't know about the bridge but wouldn't want it. With opt out, you try to follow them, they discover the bridge, they opt out. With discoverable opt in, you try to follow them, they get prompted, they opt out.
What's the differences?
