This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Building a tool like "Hilite Everything" opens up a whole load of interesting of challenges:
1. It's very visual & artistic. Keeping that coherent through future updates could be tricky!
