Plan to develop and launch a reactor by the Nov/Dec 2028 Mars launch window.
In December, we had nothing in planning for this window, so they are starting from scratch.
They plan to put something utterly novel on an impossible timescale, with testing of the flight ready hardware starting in 2027.
