A very helpful thing on my burnout journey was learning about the need for 7 distinct types of rest (I pref "replenishment"): physical, mental, emotional, sensory, creative, social, & spiritual.
No matter how much "rest" I got, I didn't feel replenished; it was because I was getting the wrong rest.
