Awesome! Next: let bldgs opt out of waste storage entirely – have residents take waste directly to these (vs. collecting waste on site and having supers take it out). Bldg operating costs in NYC are too high, this would eliminate a significant cost and make bldgs cleaner (also how it’s done abroad)
