They’re redoing every one of these curb ramps to “correct” “deficiencies.” Clearly some lawyer or contractor has fucked up and this is all a waste of money. But in NYC, wasting a billion dollars earmarked for accessibility does not rate, so no journalist has ever so much as microblogged about it.
