Ted Cruz wants to cut cap gains tax.
Others want deficit reduction from more spending cuts to reduce inflation & interest rates.
Thing is, WH wants a colossal spending *increase* for defense. Close to $500B/year, so... yeah.
They don't have a plan that is close to 218/50 votes at this point.
