Observations with #NASAWebb highlighted just how different Nereid, one of Neptune's moons, is from known Kuiper Belt objects orbiting the planet.
STScI's Ian Wong co-authored the study reporting that Nereid might be the only satellite surviving from the Neptune's original system.
