This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Also: They should include recent stats on the company's net profits. I think a lot of people would be surprised at how many companies doing massive layoffs are also recording record profits even prior to the layoffs.
