今夜は、
週末のお残り処分シリーズ！
↙牛肉のトロトロ煮の残りにキャベツ増量、
牛ネギコンニャクのすき焼き風(残り物)、
魚の煮汁に茄子と冬瓜と長ネギ入れて煮たの、
タコポンワカメ(残り物)、
イナダの漬け丼、です。
キャベツはさっと煮でまだシャキシャキ感あるけど、レンチンするか、もっと煮込んでくたくたにしたほうが合ってたかな。
