This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

UPDATE: I figured it out, and my keyboard is back in action. There was some weird USB shenanigans going on with the macropad that I use. I finally decided to plug my converter into my cellphone via an adapter and it worked perfectly fine, so I started unplugging other things from my PC.
