A new paper proposes to do topic modeling *via* LLM, by essentially asking models to extract topics and then assign those topics to documents. The paper reports better alignment with human categorization. FWIW: That could be viewed as a strength *or* as a weakness. 1/2 arxiv.org/abs/2311.01449
