Fascinating op-ed. Starts with the premise that models can’t check their work, then runs into the reality that in 2026, everyone knows this is wrong. Patch: a tiny exception is in “formal or verifiable domains.” Most human reasoning will remain undisturbed, because… um… it’s totally unverifiable? +
