This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I don’t keep them wound or set. I just set & wind one when I put it on in the morning. Reference clock is NTP / whatever my phone says it is / a nearby watch with radio sync of atomic time.
