This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Test "quote post" using Buffer that will not be scheduled since it doesn't look like I can do scheduling a few minutes from now and I want to complete the test. I could schedule it for later today though.
