This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Homestead and Guild Hall decoration templates aren't confirmed but I did piece together a few possible hints that if they ever get implemented they are probably going to be stored locally as XML files in the "My Documents" folder (like InputBinds)
