This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

ah, because you can set an onerror handler on the svelte:boundary..
I'm not sure it's worth the tradeoff of breaking with svelte's usual way of handling control flow though
You could rethrow/log the error from inside a script tag of a component inside the try block.. not very elegant either though
