This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Setting up a new fitbit is possibly the worst out-of-box experience I've ever had in 2 decades. It makes you do a password reset and acct migration for an account that I've never created OR used. Appalling.
