This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

If Mastodon prioritised the OAuth Roadmap I wrote a year ago, they could adopt CIMDs and then not need their custom form of dynamic client registration: https://github.com/mastodon/mastodon/issues/34316
But the only thing they were interested in at one point was CIMDs.
