This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I don't know how much other browsers support HDR, Safari did since quite a while ago on some displays but sometimes newer versions of browsers can break features. (& sometimes rivalry between big tech companies lead to breakage.)
