This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Aren't you putting the @graalvm.org native image at a disadvantage by measuring it inside a docker container? How fast does the binary itself start and have you also tried building the image with a PGO training run?
