MELTED (my milover fic) is more than 50.000 words, and still unfinished 😱
To give you an idea :
a Narnia book is around 35k
Farenheit 451 is 46k
And 50k is the objective of the nanowrimo, a writing marathon to write a novel in one month.
I did that in 20 days.
