This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I hear you! Really hope something lands soon that means you can stay within the JavaScript ecosystem and modern cloud deployments (ie. Not ghost running it's own node process) and get those benefits.
