This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Happy with umans.ai and their pay-per-token approach. New models get added very quick (eg. Deepseek V4 Pro & qwen 3.8)
You do have to watch out for the token price per model (I spent too much money on K3), but they are very clear on the pricing.
They had subscriptions but stopped doing that.
