I heard a woman scream while walking Manatee. Like an “I’m gonna be stabbed” kind of scream. I rip my earbuds out and pull Manatee closer to me, trying to figure out where it came from. It turns out, it was my neighbors’ dog who was very excited to see Manatee through the fence.
