Day 69: niceu. Woke up at 5:20 am in the morning and completed 11535 steps of the morning walk. 1k extra today. There's bad news though, I've caught a cold now, probably fever too, and I feel weak. Shouldn't have continued cold water showers when the weather changed from hot asf to cloudy.
