This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Second issue with this damn thing. A few months after it was installed the original company went bust and so it stopped working and weren't even sure if it would be picked up by another company. I just wanna be able to plug it in to MY electricity and charge it FFS!
