This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Many people in web perf community actively rally against the Lighthouse score for these reasons (and others).
I think that's a little unfair and LH score has it's use.
But I always prefer know how users and not a bot experiences a site because it captures so much more.
