This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I mean there's already an element of comparison even in field metrics, and the limits (e.g. 2.5 secs for LCP) may not be the right limits for your site (every site is different!), but at least it's based on YOUR users. Which I argue is more important than this being a like-for-like comparison tool.
