This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I’m hesitant to get into making opinionated decisions on this and would rather present the data.
Longer term it would be nice to have an “excluding” option to filter the data to allow users to make that decision themselves.
I do agree with adding a clarifying paragraph to the landing page though.
