This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

New rabbit hole I discovered: DC power connectors. As it turns out there are 5.5mm x 2.5mm connectors, and 5.5mm x 2.1mm connectors. Generally 2.1mm connectors seem to be used to deliver lower power.
