Seen in this Zvezda News video is a pair of Tu-95MSs. one can be identified as 14 RED which would be RF-94132 (called 'Voronezh'), part of 121st Heavy Bomber Regiment. Unit is from Engels-2 but looks like they are flying out of Olenegorsk/Vysokiy - note that big slope to the north end of the runway.
