macOS默认程序设置
macOS 一直无法针对后缀名或者特定应用设置默认应用程序，在设置里面只能修改默认浏览器，或者使用 option 键设置为默认(虽然我从来没成功过)
但我刚找到了一个上古神器：RCDefaultApp
2009年就已经停止更新了，但它依旧有效！估计相关接口没有变动，也就没必要更新了。
使用方法如下：
1. 下载

2. 打开 dmg 文件，并复制 prefPane 文件
